Terms of Use

By using PickUp Fantasy you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, in addition to these terms.

The game

PickUp Fantasy lets you create and join fantasy leagues, draft rosters, build roster-only player-prop parlays and compete in matchups and standings. It is a game for fun. You can't wager money, make deposits or win prizes, and points have no cash value.

Your account

• Give accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes.

Fair play

Please don't:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other players, including in league chat.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Interfere with the service, try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or request limits.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

We may limit, suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, such as your profile photo, bio and chat messages. You give us permission to store, display and share it with your league members only as needed to operate PickUp Fantasy. Only post content you have the right to share.

PickUp Plus

PickUp Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks extra player insights and cosmetic features. Plus never changes scoring, lines or leg budgets, and everyone competes under the same rules.

Prices and renewal

• Monthly: US$9.99 per month.
• Annual: US$107.99, billed upfront for the year.
• Prices in your country may differ and may include tax. The price shown in your App Store and in Apple's purchase confirmation applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

• Apple processes all payments. We never receive or store your card details.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't guarantee a refund.
• Deleting your PickUp Fantasy account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it with Apple.

Restoring purchases

A subscription is linked to the PickUp Fantasy account that bought it. Restoring purchases works when you're signed in to that same account. Family Sharing isn't currently available for PickUp Plus.

Availability

PickUp Plus may not be available until Apple approves it. If the app doesn't show purchase options, Plus isn't available yet. Plus features, including paid insights, activate only after our server verifies your purchase with Apple. They remain active until your subscription expires or is revoked, for example after a refund. We don't guarantee that any Plus feature will be offered forever.

Service and sports data

We work to keep PickUp Fantasy running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, interrupted or changed. Sports data such as schedules, stats and results can be delayed or corrected by our data sources.

Our servers are the authority for game rules, pick locking, scoring and results. If what you see in the app differs from the server's record, the server's record applies.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the "Last updated" date above.
